  • May 2021 - Present

    Chainlink Labs | Senior Site Reliability Engineer

    • Maintained infrastructure and ensured reliability of internal nodes using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, including Git, ArgoCD, Helm, Kubernetes, and Terraform/Terragrunt
    • Developed and launched the AWS QuickStart as an enterprise product, encompassing architecture design, CloudFormation templates, and detailed documentation
    • Created comprehensive architecture design records, technical documentation, and design documentation that improved operational efficiency and enhanced node reliability across the organization
    • Led multiple high-impact initiatives, including time-sensitive proof-of-concepts that accelerated project delivery timelines, coordinated large-scale cross-team projects to improve collaboration, and established L2 node operator support, reducing incident resolution times
    • Leveraged a complete monitoring and alerting stack, integrating PagerDuty, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and PromQL to enhance system observability and reliability

    No Cap Stakepool | Founder / Stake Pool Operator

    • Provisioned and managing maintenance on 6 Mainnet nodes on the Cardano Blockchain using AWS, on-prem, and other providers
    • Created techincal / non-technical documentation and tutorials for end user while participating on the Cardano forums
    • Branched a project, Lets Pool Ether, to focus on a Validator Node on the Ethereum 2.0 Blockchain

    • Reproduced and debug customer issues by using and building test environments, including experience in Windows Server and clusters, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle SQL Server administration, Azure/AWS, Source Control systems (Git, TFS, SVN), Virtualization with VMWare, and Azure DevOps, and Redgate tools
    • Triaged and solve daily average of 5+ tech support requests via Zendesk within SLA, including urgent tickets

    • Provided desktop and server support, remotely troubleshoot issues on workstations with Bomgar, and created documentation of technical (VPN, DNS, DHCP) and user issues within the enterprise
